    The front office manager of kailash palace hotel behaved unprofessionally and posed ridiculous questions.

    - The room I was provided had no windows for ventilation, requiring me to keep the AC on throughout the day, which was not very comfortable. - The washroom had a window that opened towards the reception area, compromising privacy, and I could clearly hear all conversations from the reception desk. - On the first day, the washroom got clogged, causing water to fill the entire area, which was quite inconvenient. - While the location of the hotel is very good and the staff was cooperative and polite, the overall room size and lack of ventilation made the stay less comfortable than expected. - Considering the overall experience, I feel the stay did not offer good value for the money charged.
